As a dog owner, I was so excited when my client asked if they could involve their dog in their Christmas photos. It was so funny and light hearted on set and a new experience for me that I definitely want to do more of!!

Being let into the intimate side of who you are as a couple is something I appreciate so much, especially as a hopeless romantic myself haha. It was so much fun capturing your autumn moments, getting to watch you dance and getting caught in the rain, but making the best of it.

Also, I wanted to take a moment to wish the best Birthday and year full of growth, love, and happiness to another amazing woman working in freelance with whom I have had the pleasure of knowing (as her client) for 7ish years. (Instagram)

I find this is such a great to get during an engagement shoot that you can recreate on your wedding day when you are all done up, so no one spoils any “First looks” (if that is your jam!)
First look photos are beautiful and I love them but there is something so magical about the eggar grins from the bride and groom just waiting to see one another, just because you can’t actually see each other doesn’t take away from the true emotion!

Happy Monday! I hope your day is off to a great start and gearing you up for a productive week!

I try to use Mondays as my day to reset and go over my plan for the week I have made for social media post, marketing, shoots, editing and a whole lot more. As someone with ADHD I can easily get overwhelmed with the organization I need but am slowly learning little tools that help, my biggest helper is making a list. There is something so satisfying about crossing something off a list for me, its the little motivation that drives me the hardest sometimes.
