The photos people end up loving most usually aren’t the perfectly posed ones. They’re the ones that remind them how the moment felt.

I kind of love doing grad photos before graduation instead of after.

Everyone’s excited, the nerves haven’t quite kicked in yet, and the whole morning just feels lighter.

We met at 9am, wandered around, laughed a lot, and before she knew it she was off to celebrate one of the biggest milestones yet.

It’s always an honour getting to photograph people in these in-between moments. The ones where life is just about to change. 🤍

When my friend asked, “Can you photograph my twins… and get some shots without their faces?” my answer was an easy yes. 🤍

These little girls are so loved. And watching their mama somehow juggle three little ones under 18 months was nothing short of amazing.

One of the things I love most about in-home newborn photography is that it doesn’t have to be perfect. There might be laundry waiting to be folded, a bin of diapers in the corner, toys scattered across the floor, and a house that feels beautifully lived in.

None of that takes away from your photos.

If anything, it tells part of your family’s story.

Some of my favourite images are the quiet little details—the tiny hands, sleepy stretches, little feet, the way your baby curls into your chest, and the love that fills your home exactly as it is.

You don’t need a picture-perfect house to have beautiful family photos. You just need this season, exactly as you’re living it. 🤍

There’s something so special about Kensington Market before it wakes up.

The streets were still quiet, the colours somehow felt even more vibrant, and every corner gave us another beautiful backdrop. Add in a gorgeous engagement ring, and I was in photographer heaven. 💍

These are the little details I love noticing during an engagement session—the ones that help tell the story just as much as the big moments.

This one was such a fun shoot. She showed up completely confident and comfortable in front of the camera, and honestly made my job so easy. Her excitement for this next chapter was contagious.

Graduation is such a big milestone, and I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of celebrating it.
