Happy Canada Day!

Today, I am extremely grateful as a woman, to be Canadian. I'm grateful that my daughters and daughters in law are Canadian. I'm grateful we live in a country where our rights to our medical choices are respected. In whatever we so choose. I'm grateful we and our daughters are afforded the same rights and privileges that our male counterparts are afforded. I'm grateful we all run up the same ladders and can be anything and everything we want to be.

Our country has its own issues, for sure. But being a woman in this country isn't one of them.

Please take a moment today to think of our sisters across the world who aren't as lucky as we are. And please take a moment to acknowledge how lucky we are to live in this country.

Ummm HELLO!!

I have women who stress about what to wear and I'm telling you...don't worry. Between the two of us, we'll come up with things that just HIT. This top is one of mine and the sexiness off it is off the charts! When the light hits it just right...chef's kiss.

When you decide to book with me, we go over outfit choice as much as you need to. But most often, I'll just tell you to bring everything you think of and we will whittle it down when you get here.

Sometimes at this stage of life, we forget who the f**k we are. We forget how powerful and sexy and smart and funny and talented and independent we are. Life has a funny way of wearing us down as women.

For a moment in time, I can remind you. Our session is kind of like a type of therapy...for us both. I'm a talker, and an open book. Women talking openly to each other is the greatest thing in the world.

Cost aside (because payment plans exist), what is stopping you from booking a bo***ir session? With me or anyone else.

Do you have the thought of "when I lose 10lbs", "when I work out for x amount of time", "when I feel a bit better about myself"?

All of those aren't good enough reasons to put off something you want to do. We're not getting any younger. You're entitled to do things right now simply because you want to. You're perfect, RIGHT NOW.

And, s**t, you can always do another one if you want in the future! There's no limit of how many times you can do something JUST BECAUSE.
