I’m opening up Fall Mini Photography Sessions at beautiful Sun-Oka Park this October, and I’d love to photograph your family, your people, or simply this season of life you’re in.

$225.00 plus tax.

Only a $25 deposit is required to secure your spot.

These sessions are perfect for families, couples, maternity, or just because it’s been way too long since you’ve had beautiful photos together.

Home Again | Summerland Family Minis

There’s something different about being home after you’ve been told you might not get to come back.

The last few weeks have been incredibly heavy for our little community. So many families have experienced fear, uncertainty, loss and disruption, and I know many of us are still processing what happened.

As a photographer and a fellow Summerland resident, I wanted to create something small and meaningful for families who are home again.
I’m offering a limited number of “Home Again” family mini sessions for families who want to capture this season of being together, being safe, and simply being home.

These won’t be overly posed or complicated. Just your people, your connection, and a little piece of this chapter to keep.

$150 + GST
20-minute session
10 edited digital images

And because I know this has been a financially difficult time for many families, if the cost is genuinely a barrier, please reach out to me. I’d rather make room where I can than have someone miss out because of the price.

I’ll also be setting aside a couple of sessions for families who have experienced significant loss during the fires.

No pressure. No expectation to pretend everything is okay.

In the chaos that life throws at us, we always come back to what matters most, family🤍

Photographing Katherine on her wedding day was a 10/10, but capturing her now as a mama with baby Jack? Absolutely incredible.

These are the moments I love most .. the cuddles, the tiny details, the real connection, and the beautiful chaos of everyday family life.

That’s why I love in home sessions. No pressure, no rushing only your family, in your space, exactly as you are.

There are wedding days that stay with you, and Lauren & Hayden’s is absolutely one of them.

It started with me driving what felt like into the literal middle of the mountains. At one point I genuinely wondered, where am I even? Then I arrived to the most breathtaking property, surrounded by 360° mountain views and the kind of sunset that doesn’t seem real.

We loaded into a side by side and headed to a bluff for the most intimate portraits before celebrating in their beautiful, newly finished wedding ready shop that was created just for this day.

The entire day was filled with laughter, incredible people, an unreal live band, and my favourite caterer (which never hurts 😉).

But what I’ll remember most is them.

They laughed until they cried. They held each other close.

They shared stories of how far they’ve come, and they trusted me to preserve every bit of it.

This is why I do what I do.

Not just for the views (although... wow), but for the privilege of documenting stories that deserve to be remembered exactly as they felt 🤍

The biggest piece of wedding advice I can give?

Choose vendors you genuinely vibe with.

The people you hire aren’t just there to provide a service , they’re a huge part of your wedding day. You want vendors who take their role so seriously that you never feel like “just another client.” You should feel seen, heard, celebrated, and cared for from the moment you inquire until your gallery is in your hands.

For me, photography has never been about simply taking beautiful pictures.

It’s about telling your story.

My dream couples are the ones who are open, transparent, curious, and excited to create something together.

The ones who trust the process, embrace the unexpected, and aren’t afraid to let their personalities, emotions, and love shine through.

I want to capture the quiet glances, the uncontrollable laughter, the happy tears, the champagne sprays, the dance floor chaos, the stolen kisses, and yes... even those spicy, Rated R moments that remind you exactly how your love felt 🤍

I don’t want you to book me because, “Well... I guess we need wedding photos.”

I want you to book me because preserving your memories matters. Because you believe your love deserves to be documented in a way that feels honest, intentional, emotional, and uniquely you.

The moments I cherish most in my own life are the ones I can look back on and feel all over again. That’s exactly what I hope to create for every couple who trusts me with their wedding day 🙌🏻

Hey beautiful clients!

Just a little reminder that we're right in the middle of wedding season! That means my weeks are packed with weddings, engagement sessions, family sessions, maternity sessions, editing, emails, and all the behind-the-scenes magic.

As many of you know, I also work full-time as a social worker, so this time of year is definitely a busy one! While I absolutely LOVE that you're excited to see your photos (seriously, I can't wait to share them with you!), I kindly ask that you respect my turnaround times so I can give every gallery the love and attention it deserves.

✨ Wedding galleries: up to 12 weeks
✨ Lifestyle sessions: 2–3 weeks

I promise I'm working as quickly as I can while making sure every gallery is edited with care, not rushed.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for trusting me with your memories. It truly means the world to me, and I can't wait for you to see what I've been creating! 🤍
