Our last wedding of 2026 brought us to Purple Hill Country Hall on October 3rd to celebrate Kendra & Matt.

There’s something so special about having your favourite people together in one place to celebrate the start of your marriage. Surrounded by family and friends, these two had so much love around them as they began this next chapter.

You guys know how to throw one heck of a party and thanks for including us in your day.

One week old and already right at home with a few chickens nearby. 🤍🐓

This sweet little farm girl came into the studio for her newborn session, and with Mom and Dad being egg farmers, we couldn’t resist adding a few little touches from home — stuffed chickens, eggs and all.

Mixed with warm fall tones and all those tiny newborn details, it made for such a sweet session that felt perfectly her. 🍂

I’ve known this family since our high school days. Since then, I’ve photographed their wedding and watched their family grow through the years.

With their oldest daughter visiting from Australia, they were all together again, and I got to photograph it. We spent the evening at the beach with this fun, wonderfully wild crew, laughing and making the most of an overcast sky.

Then, right at the end, the sun peeked through and gave us the most incredible sunset. A beautiful finish to a night they’ll be able to look back on whenever miles separate them again.

She came home from Australia, so they made some time for family photos at the beach.

The sky stayed cloudy almost the whole session, but then the sun showed up for the last few minutes and gave us a sunset we couldn’t have planned.

Families grow. Kids get older. And somehow, getting everyone together becomes a little harder each year.

That’s what made this afternoon with the Cordeiro family at Civic Gardens so special. Everyone came together to play, laugh, and make memories that will live beyond this season of their lives.

Years from now, these photos will show the next generation what it felt like when everyone was together.

Some clients become so much more than clients. They become people whose stories we feel incredibly lucky to witness.

Over the years, we’ve been invited into this family’s biggest moments: births, birthdays, family gatherings, celebrations and so many meaningful moments in between.

This time, we met in the sunflower fields to celebrate not one, but two graduations! Two incredible milestones.

Watching these kids grow and being trusted to preserve each new chapter is something I will never take for granted. Congratulations to both graduates, I can’t wait to see where life takes you next! 🌻🎓

The sweetest new addition...

A few weeks ago, we welcomed this beautiful baby boy into the studio, surrounded by soft neutrals and touches of deep forest green.

What made his session especially meaningful was having his older siblings there—little ones we also had the pleasure of photographing when they were babies. There’s something so special about watching a family grow and being invited back to document each new chapter.

From photographing those first tiny details to now seeing them step into their roles as big siblings, it truly feels like everything has come full circle.
