I was SO excited when Skylar messaged saying he wanted to plan a surprise during our session! 💍👀

It was one of those nights where everything just fell into place. Skylar and I planned for me to grab the ring out of the truck and pass it to him at just the right moment, and it worked out so beautifully! 🥹🤎

I am so excited for you two and feel so lucky to be able to capture moments like these. This is exactly why I started this journey and the reason I continue to do photography alongside teaching. There is something so special about being invited into these little pieces of people’s lives and getting to capture memories they can look back on and feel all over again. Thank you both for trusting me to capture this moment for you. I am so honoured to have been a part of it! 🤍💍

The most perfect night for M&C’s engagement session ✨

There’s something so special about choosing a place that already holds memories for you. This is where they love taking their pup for walks, making it even more meaningful to capture this season of their love story somewhere that’s already a little piece of their everyday life. 🤎

This is why I always send a questionnaire when booking. I want to get to know you, your story, and the little things that make your relationship yours. Because the most meaningful photos aren’t always taken in the prettiest places, but in the places that mean the most to you.

At-home newborn sessions have to be one of my favourites. 🤍

There’s something so special about documenting those first days right where you’re making all those memories together.

We take our time. Feed baby if they need it, pause for snuggles, settle into the rhythm of your little one, and just let the moments unfold naturally. I’m usually lingering in the corners, quietly capturing it all while you soak in those newborn cuddles.

A little p**p on the floor? No problem. We clean it up and keep going. 😂 That’s real life, and honestly, that’s part of what makes these memories so special.

Because these days are messy, beautiful, exhausting and fleeting. And one day, you’ll look back at these photos and remember exactly what it felt like to have your baby home in your arms 🤍

This was such a fun family session on the farm! We almost rescheduled because of the rain, but I’m so glad we kept the date. The kids showed me all their favourite spots, we adventured around the farm, and somehow the sun even peeked out for us ☀️🤍
