Out on the Ottawa Valley Rail Trail around 6:30 this morning.

Nothing rare or spectacular, just a few of the things that caught my eye along the way. A couple of sparrows enjoying breakfast, some wild roses in the morning light, and a bumblebee busy among the flowers.

It's amazing what you can find on an ordinary morning walk when you slow down and pay attention.
