Haven't been back in the Philippines since 2019! Went straight from South Korea to Canada for my MUNL degree (Covid19 travel restrictions). Finding these ingredients in St. John's feels like a hug from afar. This is my first time making espasol - even shared some with my Filipino neighbours, not the usual shape though! Used a polvoron molder to create this cute shape!
