When a house cantilevers over rocky shoreline, every sightline becomes intentional.

The Perch maximizes its dramatic Sunshine Coast setting through floor-to-ceiling glass that frames uninterrupted ocean views, while a sculptural suspended fireplace anchors the main living space.
