British Columbia- September 2026: Epic adventures close to home! This one was one for the books! While Laurent was working I decided to tackle a 30km (trail run)traverse from Cheakamus Lake to Rumble Creek via Panorama Ridge. This would be my longest run since my Ironman days. Laurent dropped me off at 10am and picked up on the other side at 4pm. I covered the 30km and 1600m of elevation gain in 5hrs moving time + some breaks. The weather was perfect and the views absolutely stunning! Overall, and amazing day.

British Columbia- September 2026: off to Tofino (solo) for a few days of surfing, some sunshine and some rain… huge bonus was seeing orcas from the ferry on the return trip to the mainland

British Columbia - August 2026: Back in Squamish and making the most of the last days of summer. Trail running to Watersprite Lake & moto rides while Laurent is hard at work at OSO INDUSTRIES LTD

Our summer across Canada: 80 days from late May to mid-August 2026: 23972 kilometers, all 10
provinces, 13 ferry crossings, a lot of great food, we managed to stay every night for free but we spent a lot of money buying diesel!
