Your wedding timeline needs one thing that doesn't always make it onto the schedule: breathing room.

It's tempting to plan every minute of your wedding day.

Ceremony. Family photos. Couple portraits. Travel. Reception. Speeches. Dancing.

And suddenly, the whole day feels like a race against the clock.

Here's my advice: leave a little space.

Take ten unhurried minutes together after the ceremony to catch your breath, take in what's just happened, and actually enjoy being married.

And if the weather changes, family photos take longer than expected, or something wonderful happens that nobody planned? You'll have room for that, too.

I don't believe your wedding day should feel like a photoshoot with a wedding attached.

The photographs matter. But so does the experience of being there.

You don't need to know how to pose. That's my job.
If the thought of being in front of a camera makes you immediately think, “We're going to be so awkward,” you're exactly the kind of couple I want to photograph.
I'm not expecting you to show up knowing what to do with your hands, where to stand, or how to look “natural.”
I'll give you enough direction that you never feel lost—and enough space that your photos still feel like you.
Because your wedding isn't a photoshoot.
It's your wedding.
You should be laughing, moving, getting a little ridiculous, stealing a moment together, and actually enjoying it.
I'm there to photograph all of that.

You don’t have to be “good at photos” to have wedding photos you actually love.

Maybe you’re awkward in front of a camera.
Maybe you hate being posed.
Maybe the idea of spending your wedding day smiling at a lens sounds exhausting.

Good. 😄

I don’t want you spending your wedding day performing for the camera.

I want to give you enough direction to feel comfortable, then get out of the way and let you be yourselves.

A little ridiculous.
A little dramatic.
Completely you.
