Tour of Martha's Date Farm...
Medjools, originated from Morocco where they were considered a delicacy and were thus reserved for the Royalty and the elite.They are 2 1/2 times the size of a common date, but with the same small seed or pit. (Martha's also is making Medjool Kernel Coffee, rich in fiber and full of antioxidants from the date pit, i bought some)

packing up after our 3 night stay, the Manager comped us another night free (our 5 oceanside rooms) if we could stay another night, Playa Bonita Resort, music, better have a good appetite the meals are generous, and the Pina Coladas delicious...rooms are 5 star it was so relaxing, what a treat...road trip back on our way weather was 38ish, crossing the border back into Arizona and a stop at Organ Pipe National Park...big thank you to Ken and Corky for inviting me, to join the group, new friends was so much fun, i can't thank them enough....🥰

Road trip to Puerto Penasco...after leaving Gila Bend, about 1.5 hrs from Yuma the weather was a tad cloudy and raining, crossing the border into Mexico on our way to Puerto Penasco and our Resort Playa Bonita
