A little glimpse of our Thanksgiving up North 🍂🤎

Family time, dinner by the fire, and a little cold followed by a lot of cozy.

Thankful for my people—and for all of you supporting North Channel.

Dinner by the fire, cold plunges, and warming up in the sauna—our kind of Thanksgiving up North 🍂🤎

Feeling thankful for family time and all of you who keep supporting North Channel. It means so much to me.

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours! Would you try the cold plunge, or head straight for the sauna? 😂

Fall in Northern Ontario is so beautiful and most definitely way too short. 🍂

Life has been really full lately, work, family, kids sports, running a household on top of growing a business. So I took a little time to get outside and enjoy it while it’s here. It’s amazing what some fresh air and a quiet walk can do for your mind and body. 🤍

Hearing Kristina from Krush say this about North Channel—and then share that she’s been using Glow herself since midsummer—made my day.

Watch her share her favourites. Having local women believe in something you’ve poured so much into means more than I can say.

Thank you, Kristina, and everyone who’s brought a little North Channel home 🤍

Have you tried Glow or Relief? Which one’s your favourite?

We’re officially at The Country Way • Health & Wellness

From the beginning, I’ve wanted North Channel in spaces that feel aligned with what I’m trying to build and being part of a space centred around health, wellness and women just feels right.

Carol | Menopause Coach | Holistic Nutrtionist has created something really special here, and I love the work she does supporting women through all the different stages of life.

Women supporting women. Local supporting local. And another little step forward for North Channel Co . 🤍

You can now find North Glow, North Relief + North Calm at The Country Way.

Another new home for North Channel 🤍

We’re officially at The Country Way

This collaboration feels like such a natural fit. Carol Trotter has created such a beautiful space centred around women’s health and wellness, and I absolutely love the work she does supporting women through all the different stages of life. From the beginning, I’ve wanted North Channel to be more than skincare sitting on a shelf. I’ve really wanted it in spaces that feel aligned with what I’m trying to build and being part of a space centred around health, wellness and women feels like such a natural fit.🤍

North Glow, North Relief + North Calm are officially on the shelves!

Something special has been happening behind the scenes. 🤍

One of the best parts of growing North Channel has been connecting with other women, supporting one another, and finding ways to grow together.

Tomorrow, I get to share a new local collaboration that feels pretty special.

Women supporting women. Local supporting local.

Full reveal tomorrow. ✨

Northern Ontario really showing off today. 🍂

Got outside with my favourite people for a fall hike, and honestly… days like this are hard to beat. Beautiful weather, beautiful colours, a few laughs and some much-needed time together. 🤎

Pretty lucky to have all of this right in our backyard.
