as 2025 comes to a close, i just want to pause and sit in gratitude for a moment π€
for every client who took a chance on me, trusted me, and invited me into some of the most meaningful moments of their lives - i never take that lightly.
kay nolan photo exists because of you. because you believed in my work, my vision, and my ability to tell your story. whether it was family photos, branding sessions, maternity, engagements, weddings, or quiet in-between moments, thank you for choosing me to document them.
i also want to take a second to be proud of myself. something i do not do often enough. i have always been a person with a lot of passions and creative ideas, always starting things, dreaming things up, imagining what could be. but this time was different. this time i showed up with consistency, discipline, and a deep desire to actually build something lasting.
i genuinely love what i do. and every time i see a client change their profile picture to one of our photos, or receive christmas cards or save-the-dates, it hits me in a way i cannot fully describe. it still surprises me. in the best way. sometimes i catch myself thinking how is this real, and yes, imposter syndrome definitely sneaks in from time to time.
on that note, it feels wild to say that 2025 brought enough success that i started to feel growing pains in my business. uncomfortable, exciting, motivating growing pains. and that brings me to something new.
KNP is entering a new chapter. one that feels equal parts inspiring, scary, and incredibly rewarding. big changes and real growth are coming in 2026, and i cannot wait to share more with you. ποΈ
thank you for being here. thank you for supporting my work, referring me, trusting me, and cheering me on quietly or loudly. i am so grateful, and i am just getting started π€β¨
