Beyond the Lens is back, and we’ve got a pretty exciting evening planned for Winnipeg’s creative community! 📸

This time, we’re introducing Don’s Declassified Survival Guide to Being a Creative, an event all about what goes into the creative process from start to finish.

We’re bringing together three local creatives, Courtney Sarens, Nate Matthews, and Casey Nolin to share their experiences, practical advice, and perspectives on everything from pre-production and navigating shoot day to post-production.

And there’s more! We’ll have complimentary mocktails from HealthySips , a Canon Print Station where you can print and frame one of your favourite photos, and some exclusive goodies for everyone to take home.

November 18th | 6:30–9 PM
Createful Spaces, 359 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg

Whether you’re a photographer, videographer, content creator, or somewhere in between, this one’s for you!

Tickets are only $10 and available now on Eventbrite. Spots are limited!

You're already putting in the work behind the camera, so why not turn some of that process into content? 📸

For our next After Hours, we're welcoming June Dorothy to share her approach to capturing behind-the-scenes content and turning everyday moments from a photoshoot into engaging Reels!

June will walk us through real-life examples, share practical tips for creating content without adding more to your workload, and guide attendees through capturing their own footage at a styled product shoot station.

You'll even get to put together your own Reel during the workshop, so you'll leave with something ready to share on your social media!

Attendees are encouraged to bring their cameras or phones to participate in the hands-on portion of the workshop

📅 Wednesday, November 4th | 7–9 PM | 1839 Main St

Spots are limited! Register through Eventbrite today.
