I finally paid off my car today! Thanks to all the people who pay me to take photos and videos so I can crush my way through debt while still being in school. Currently I only use my CX-5 maybe once a week, so it’s wild how much more use I get on a bike that costs less than 2 car payments than the car itself. Bikes are cheap, and we shouldn’t build cities that require a paywall of tens of thousands of dollars to buy a vehicle to get around in.

I’ve lost aboot 60lbs and 6 pant sizes since moving to Saskatoon and biking everywhere I can instead of giving in to the sedentary life that car dependance makes has been a big part of that. Bikeable places are just better.
