LCM vs AI Episode 2. 📸🤖
This time, we’re taking on real estate photography. 🏠
A good real estate image shouldn’t make a room look like something it isn’t.
It should be bright, clean and inviting, with natural colours, controlled highlights, straight lines and enough detail to show the space properly — while still giving buyers an honest representation of the property.
So that’s the challenge.
Same original photo.
Same goal.
Two completely different edits.
📸 One edited by me.
🤖 One edited by AI.
AI got one attempt. No coaching. No second chances.
Here’s the exact prompt I gave it:
“Edit this photograph as if you are a professional real estate photographer delivering the final image to a paying client.
Make all creative editing decisions yourself. Create what you believe is the strongest professional final version of this photograph.
You may adjust exposure, white balance, colour, contrast, highlights, shadows, lighting, local adjustments, window exposure, perspective, verticals and overall visual presentation as you see fit.
Preserve the actual property accurately. Do not change the architecture, room dimensions, layout, permanent fixtures, windows, doors, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, or other identifying features of the property.
Do not add, remove, replace, or relocate furniture, decor, fixtures, architectural elements, or major objects.
Do not make the room or property appear physically different from what a potential buyer would see in person.
Keep the result realistic and appropriate for a professional real estate listing. The goal is to present the property at its best while maintaining an accurate representation of the space.
Do not try to imitate another photographer's editing style. Use your own judgment about what makes this the strongest professional real estate photograph possible.
Do not ask me for creative direction or preferences.
Produce one final edited image.”
Now forget who made which one and judge the photos.
Who wins Episo 2?
