A quiet moment with a young moose 🫎

Pulled over because I spotted this moose standing quietly in the trees.

The moment I stopped, he stepped out of the bush and just looked at me, and we sat there for a minute appreciating each other’s presence.

I know moose can absolutely be dangerous animals, and people should respect wildlife and use common sense, but moments like this are why I love photography so much. Sometimes wildlife encounters are not about fear, they are just quiet moments of curiosity and respect between two living things. 🫎
