One last wedding to end the year and what a wedding it was!

To wrap things up with Eden & Shaun on a beautiful fall day at Raven and Steel Farms, catered once again by the amazing Cahoots Kitchen, was nothing short of the perfect end to Season 15 of P.Tography weddings 🙌.

My sincere congratulations to the bride and groom on a truly memorable and amazing day!

If our family photos don't have a theme, are we even doing it right?!

I recently worked with a family who does a themed photo shoot every 5 years. This year, the theme was a 1930's bootlegger/gangster theme.

In keeping with the theme, the family went all out with their outfits, props, and total setup - including a beautiful vintage '38 Ford Coupe. In order to do justice to the overall aesthetic, I tried to incorporate a color palette that is representative of the time period without going full Sepia.

These types of projects are always fun because it takes you out of your comfort zone and allows you to play around with new looks. I can't wait to see what they decide to do 5 years from now 👌

My fall photo special isn't just for families, it's for couples AND businesses too!

This couple needed engagement photos at the last minute and I just happened to have the perfect time slot available for them - Sunset! (Accidentally stepped in a pretty big pile of poo to get the first shot, but it was soooo worth it 👌)

The color is really starting to shine now, there's still time to book!

The greatest compliment a photographer can ever receive isn't just a great review, it’s a family choosing to step in front of my lens year after year.

Years blur together so fast. Kids get taller, their smiles change, and childhood slips by in the blink of an eye. Having the privilege to freeze those chapters alongside families who trust me to capture them honestly is what keeps my heart in this work.

I am so incredibly grateful for the families who continue to share their stories with me season after season 🙌
