This young couple from Saskatchewan traded the wheat fields and the Prairie sunsets for our mountains and lakes.

Drove by the other day and a year later, they're still using my images to get people in their doors!

I want to thank the many local businesses that utilize my services to market their incredible creations. I truly appreciate those who continue to see the value in hiring local photographers to help them market their efforts, and let customers see their true and authentic products.

By hiring me, it also ensures that I can take my earnings and reinvest them back into our local economy. By saying no to AI and giving the job to a REAL person to showcase your REAL creations, you are completing that community circle.

For that, I am incredibly grateful.

Kaitlyn & Nathan took a brief trip to BC this past weekend to prepare for their wedding. May as well get a little vacation time in while they're at it too, right?

I will be capturing their wedding next year, so this was a great opportunity to get in front of my lens and get to know one another before the big day. What better way than to go rock hopping in the creek?

I am happy to say I may have left yet another couple even more in love with one another when they were done 🙌

Photos with me isn't just photos with me, it's an experience, lol.

What can I say about these two?!

We always seem to cross paths when something special is happening in their life. And what greater honor is it for a photographer to keep being asked to come back and capture those moments.

In about 2 weeks, these two will welcome their first child to the world. Watching them go from getting engaged to starting their own family has been truly special.

I look forward to many more years of capturing their memorable family moments and milestones, but most importantly - I truly value the friendship that has come from being their chosen photographer 🙏

As AI image generators become more accessible, we’re seeing a significant rise in businesses & brands using generated graphics instead of real photography to advertise what they offer. While cutting corners on visual content might seem like a budget-friendly move, it comes at a steep price: your customer’s trust.

Normally, if I’m up on Harper Mountain, I’ve got skis strapped to my feet and snow all around me. Being up here in the middle of summer was a whole new experience, and honestly, what a incredible place to tie the knot. ⛰️☀️

When Kendra and Travis asked me to go on a little mountain adventure to capture their big day, I couldn't wait. He drives a truck, she drives an ambulance, and together, they built the absolute perfect celebration.

Harper Mountain delivered in every way: stunning views, a huge cozy lodge for the party, on-site camping, and total privacy for miles.

I’ll also say this... if anyone had a medical emergency that day, they might have been out of luck, because it seemed like half the regional paramedic crew was on the guest list! On a serious note, these individuals do such tough, vital work for our communities, and it was a genuine honor to hang out with and capture such an amazing group of people enjoying life and celebrating with friends considering what their day to day life consists of.

It has me wonderingnow... which mountain peak am I heading up next? 🏔️
