It was such a pleasure to join A + I and their beautiful family on the beach in Vancouver. This was less about formal family portraits and more about celebrating what makes their family so beautiful through photojournalism and documentary photography.

I know firsthand how easy it is to be "busy". But as a "busy" mom, I also know that this is time I'll never get back - the time will come too soon when my daughter is too "busy" for me.

This mini session is so much more than a family photo shoot or portrait session - it's a chance to have fun and be silly together. The memory is captured for you, so you can simply relax and enjoy being in the moment. Yes there's a lot of documentary family photography capturing the candid moments, but there's also some relaxed and natural portrait photos that are grandparent approved 🥰
