I became a photographer because I needed proof that people can change ✨

Before any of this, I was hitchhiking 3000 km across the country with nowhere solid to land, with no plan and only 500 bucks in my wallet
I just had this profound feeling that I wasn’t done becoming who I was going to be yet 🧚🏻‍♂️

Now I get to sit across from someone still unraveling and rebuilding, same as I was 💙
Not fully arrived, still figuring it out, still a little scared of the mirror, and honestly? Same!!

And I get to witness them realize they were never actually behind
They were just becoming 🦋

That’s the whole job and honestly, I still can’t believe I get to do this with my life!

Nobody talks about how « talent » is really just repetition

People see the photo and go « wow you’re so talented » and i just laugh a little inside

Because what they don’t see is the thousands of shoots before this one. The years of learning how light falls on skin, how to read a body that’s nervous, how to catch the exact second someone forgets the camera is there

They don’t see me messing up. Underexposing. Missing the moment. Doing it again. And again. And again

Nobody tells you the part where you have to be bad first. That you have to sit in the ugly, awkward, the « am i even good at this » phase before it starts feeling like second nature

Bob Ross said it best: « Talent is a pursued interest. Anything that you’re willing to practice, you can do »

Talent is a myth we tell ourselves so we don’t have to do the boring, unglamorous work of showing up for something 500+ times

So if you’re sitting there thinking you’re not « talented » enough to feel confident, to take up space, to be seen. Babe, that was never the requirement

You just haven’t repeated the version of you that feels safe in her body yet

That’s literally what i’m here for ✨

There you are at 3am, scrolling through old pics of yourself

And it’s not even that you look bad in them?? It’s that you don’t recognize her anymore. Like who even was that!!

So much has changed since then, through a million tiny choices you made for yourself, that turned into this. The woman who’s sitting here right now, and she’s a whole different level 🙌🏼

But here’s the thing. You’ve literally never SEEN her. New you. The one who fought for this body, this energy, this life, and won

That’s kinda the plot twist about growth right, it happens in therapy, in the mirror at 2am, in choices nobody claps for. And then one day you’re like wait... I don’t have a single photo that actually captures who I fought to become

That’s literally what bo***ir is for babe. Proof. This is your homecoming 💙

Next spot in Montréal is September 18th and if it has ur name on it, dm me « bo***ir » to finally claim her ✨

Okay so I know you’ll never regret your bo***ir session when you show up with some whole delulu story in your head about how you’re not « that girl, » you’re not ready, maybe next year 🙃

And somewhere in there, if we’re being fr, there’s also a little voice going « but is this even worth the investment. » and honestly? valid question babe, let’s talk about it.

Here’s the tea. somewhere between our call and the prep guide, that story just starts unraveling. quietly. you don’t even notice it happening.

Let’s say it’s your first shoot EVER.
First time anyone’s looked at you like that on purpose and it’s a loooot. but I always say the same thing :
we’re not chasing perfect today babe, we’re chasing YOU.

And that’s kind of the actual point of what you’re paying for : not just an hour of pics, but someone hyping you up in your corner who knows EXACTLY how to actually get you there!!!

Music’s playing and we’re just SERVING, and somewhere around the 10-20 minute mark, something just clicks. Your shoulders drop, your chin lifts without you even asking it to. And then you catch yourself like oh?? wait?? There she is 🥹✨

That’s genuinely the whole session babe!! Not some big glow up you gotta work for, just you remembering who tf you already are, with me right there the whole time going yasss gurl, yes just LIKE THAT, exactly like that!!

And then you leave feeling like an entire million bucks. not because you looked a certain way, but because for once you weren’t performing, you were just finally letting yourself be seen 💗 and THAT’S the investment babe, not just in the pics on the wall, but in the way you walk around after.

If some part of you just felt something reading this... that’s usually the sign 👀 slide into my dms and let’s talk about it 🥰

The nicest thing a client ever said to me was « This felt like therapy. »

Let me tell you a lil story.

There was once a woman who came to see me.
She walked in the way most of them do, shoulders up around her ears, already apologizing for a body she hadn’t even shown me yet.
She had a whole speech ready about what was wrong with her. I’ve heard that speech in a hundred different voices.
It’s always the same story wearing a different coat.

I didn’t ask her to fix anything. I just asked her to sit in the light and breathe.
And somewhere between the third pose and the tenth, I watched the speech disappear. Just, gone.
Like smoke that finally found the open window.

She started looking at the camera instead of away from it.
She started looking like she remembered something she’d left behind a long time ago.

Bo***ir was never about lace or lighting.
It’s about handing a woman back her own reflection and watching her recognize herself in it.

Now here’s what I know, after a hundred versions of that same story.
The ones who wait for « ready » to show up on its own?
They wait a looooong long time.
Ready doesn’t knock. Ever.

It’s a door you open yourself.

So I’ll just leave this here.
One spot left, August 5th, Montréal.
If you know, you know.

The best photography career advice I ever got was
« Focus less about what happened, and more about what it felt. »
That simple sentence just rewired my brain.

I used to be so focused on the story, the right angle, making sure everything factually made sense. Now I just ask myself, where are we, what are we doing, and can you feel it just by looking at it?

I now focus less about staging, wanting everything to look « perfect » and focus more about presence. It’s less about « let’s get the shot » and more « let’s get the feeling.»

This is also work I do in my own therapy sessions, and I just love how that inner work translates into my art.

You don’t need to know what’s happening in a photo for it to hit you right in the chest.
You just need to feel like you’re standing right there in it.

Because your body remembers what your mind lets go of.
Because what you felt matters more than what happened.

How I know I’m not the right photographer for you…

If you want a result that looks like everyone else’s feed, that’s not me.

If you need convincing, I’m not it.

If you’re here for a transaction, not an experience, we won’t be a fit.

If you’re scared to laugh too loud, move too much, take up too much space in front of the camera, that’s not for me.

If you’re not ready to be witnessed exactly as you are, even the parts you’re still healing… it’s just not gonna work out.

I work with women who already know their worth and are ready to see it reflected back.

Those who trust the process even when it feels unfamiliar, because they’ve seen what it becomes.

If that’s you, let’s talk!

I didn’t realize how grown my cousin had become until she asked me to do her hair.

She came out to our hometown, this little village wrapped in water and trees, just for this. Before we shot anything, I did her hair, and something about that felt different this time. It felt like watching someone grown ask for a hand.

Then it was chaos, the good kind. A shot of espresso martini for courage, heels barely laced, 20 minutes to shoot between the water and the trees before we had to go. Then a 20 minute drive to make the red carpet on time.

I remember when she was just a kid trailing behind me, asking a thousand questions. That day she stood in front of my camera in heels and confidence, headed to prom, headed toward everything next.

Prom is the last checkpoint before everything changes. New cities, new people, new versions of yourself. We made it with minutes to spare, and honestly, that’s what this chapter is.

Rushing, laughing, showing up anyway. Growing up isn’t one big moment. It’s a hundred small ones like this, stacking into a whole life.

This is why I love what I do. Getting the privilege to capture these seasons of your lives, right before everything changes, is something I never take for granted.

Proud doesn’t even cover it.

Can I ask you something before you keep scrolling?

Do you feel it yet, the shift?
Not just in your body, but in the space between the two of you.
The quiet knowing that you are both becoming someone new, and that this version of your little family, just the two of you, will never exist again after this baby arrives.

Most people treat maternity photos like a task on a checklist. I don’t. I treat this season as sacred. A threshold. The last chapter of « just us » before you become three.

That’s why I shoot these sessions slow and unrushed, giving space for everything to unfold the way it’s meant to. His hand on your belly. Your forehead against his. No rushing, just space for the two of you to be witnessed exactly as you are in this moment.

I only hold a few of these sessions each season!
If you both feel called to document this threshold before you cross it, this is your sign.
DM me and let’s talk about your due date!✨

Women who’ve been putting off their bo***ir session for 2 years but still stalk my feed at 11pm... read this.

You’ve tried the gym phase, the affirmations, the « 5 ways to love your body » lists, and you still feel like your body isn’t « ready » for a session.

The real problem isn’t that you’re « not confident enough. » It’s that you’re trying to feel ready BEFORE having the experience that actually builds confidence in the first place.

In my bo***ir sessions, we do it differently:
* We start by naming what « feeling beautiful » actually means to YOU, not to Instagram
* Then we build your session around what excites you, not what scares you
* Then I guide you through every second on set, no posing alone in front of a mirror

Result: photos where you finally recognize yourself, in a 2 hours session, without needing to lose 10 lbs or wait for the « right moment » to go for it.

If you’re a woman who’s been saying « one day » for way too long and this is you, comment « 11PM » and I’ll DM you my free guide so you know exactly what to expect before you even book.
