Over three transcendent nights in Toronto, Qebleh-e Alam didn’t merely present a show — it summoned an entire universe where every beam, every sound, every gesture, every word did not stand alone but merged into a symphony of pure theatrical emotion.
At the core of this work stood .riyazi Duman Riyazi’s direction, like a master alchemist, bringing together disparate elements into one living stage orchestra. The writing layered narrative with depth, giving breath to the performance. Movement direction held the actors in an altitude of presence where they did not simply perform, but lived each moment.
And yet there is more: the lighting — cunningly designed — became a magic wand over the space, turning shadows into characters, weaving threads of illumination that bound the story into the eyes of the spectator. Saman’s live music was not just accompaniment but the very heartbeat of the piece — those pulses and silences, the fluctuations between tension and release, streaming through the theatre’s veins.
As for me, standing behind the lens, my mission was more than documentation — I strove to capture the Exas of the show: that explosive energy, the collision of body and light, the instant in which the spectator merges within the narrative.
Therefore each photograph is not merely an image — it is a living Exas — an artifact that says to the viewer: “Feel this, become alive, travel with it.”

Immense gratitude to everyone who walked this journey.
And now, the invitation remains: if you have not yet experienced it — step into this interactive Exas and let the performance transform you.
