Closing out the winter season in style at 🥂
What a night. What a place. What a team.
I’m honoured to have had the chance to go behind the scenes at Alfred’s recently and shoot some content for them.
Beyond the exceptional food and service, it’s the atmosphere that really makes Alfred’s shine. The warm and welcoming hospitality makes it more than just a restaurant—it’s a homely and wholesome dining experience that stays with you long after you leave.
Whether it’s or leading the kitchen, or the big smiles from the front-of-house team, there’s a genuine energy here that brings people together.
Even with a camera in their face in the heat of service, they stayed calm, friendly, and clearly love what they do. The sign of true pros, with a strong sense of team behind it.
Best of luck to those moving on to new things and I’m excited to try the new menu when you reopen next month.
