And I’m back!! 🤩
What was supposed to be two weeks turned into a little bit longer. My husband’s medical issues were a little more serious than we first thought. But he is out of the hospital and doing great.
So I am ready to get back to doing what I love! 📸❤️
Starting with looking for vendors for my September market.
This year I am joining forces with Caroline from Valley Tails Pet Grooming and her market Renfrew Pet Fest.

A huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for your patience and understanding. ❤️

Last week, I got a call that an opening had come up for my revision surgery, giving me less than a week to rearrange sessions and prepare for recovery.

To add to that, my husband was admitted to the hospital. What we first thought was pneumonia has turned out to be something more concerning, so we’re both taking some time to recover.

I’ll be taking at least the next two weeks off and will be in touch to reschedule any affected sessions once I’ve been cleared by my doctor.

Thank you again for your kindness and support. I truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces again soon. ❤️

I’ve been asked if I can create composite images… and the answer is yes—with a little sprinkle of studio magic ✨

The images below are examples of the kind of composites I can do. The ponies were photographed first, then little miss had her own solo moment in the spotlight, and voilà—they’re brought together into one dreamy scene. Same idea with the carousel horse: the horse had its photoshoot, then we safely captured baby with a parent, and blended them into one whimsical image 🎠

Now, I’ll be honest—I’m not your “drop people into any background imaginable” kind of editor. That level is a whole different galaxy of photoshop wizardry 🚀 But these softer, storybook-style composites? Those I love creating.

And honestly… looking back at these has me thinking… should I dust off my carousel horse and bring it out for some mini sessions? 🎠

I had an absolute blast shooting at pRAWper Pet Treats the other day! 🐾✨

Between dialing in the lighting on the fly (which definitely kept me on my toes 😅) and trying to keep up with this speed-loving pup… let’s just say things got very lively. This dog was born to run! 🐶

Also… I cannot wait to see their new van all decked out. 👀🔥 It’s going to be amazing. Stay tuned!
