It means having each other’s backs.
It means choosing to love each other even on the days when you struggle to like each other.
It means never giving up on each other!

Have you ever been to a Maundy Thursday service?
I was blown away the first time I went!!

The idea is your going through the motions of the Last Supper, but really the whole vibe of the Last Supper WAS servant hood. The act of putting others first and caring for their needs.

The act of washing one another’s feet was the most humbling experience in my life. Like I mean when this beautiful act was bestowed upon me the tears flowed down my face in a steady stream at this beautiful gift!

It was harder to receive than to give which is something I’m working on. I need to remind myself how to graciously receive a gift and say thank you. Do you have a hard time receiving rather than giving?

I hope you all have a blessed Easter and have time to sit and reflect on this incredible act of servanthood that Jesus died for us out of His incredible love for us!
