A quick trip to the cabin when I got off work on Sunday. Mother Nature was not sure what she wanted to do with the weather, but we enjoyed a few hours on the water. Winston found a good rolling spot and got to sniff around the wild flowers. After years, we finally saw some baby grouse. Momma was kind enough to let me get close enough for some pictures. They are so tiny!

Another enjoyable weekend at the lake with the sun shining. Had some problems with the new motor so Winston took on a supervisory role.in trying to repair it. In the end we left with several lake trout and sunburn/tans. We enjoyed several beach adventures and spectacular views of the mountains.

It has been some time since my last post on this page. Rest assured, my camera remains active. I am currently experiencing a minor backlog and enjoying spring. These young crows were too endearing not to share. Love watching them grow up. 🙂

We had a wonderful time at the 34Th Annual Gold Rush Trail Sled Dog Mail Run this year. I missed day one and we toughed out day 2 on a warm rainy day. I was surprised my camera was still talking to me on day 3 for theses images. It was a beautiful mild but frosty morning for both runs. Enjoy!! See you again next year!!
