One of the ladies in our program up in Brochet is down 30 lbs since May!
What an amazing transformation. Steph has been showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work, not only in the gym, but at home with her meal prepping and nutrition too.
This is what consistency looks like. Small choices, made over and over again, turn into big results.
