Unfortunately, due to the recent level-5 COVID restrictions in Newfoundland, all scheduled appointments have to be cancelled and my shop is closed, until further notice. This makes me sad, however, we all have to be safe and follow the rules.

My first full year of business has definitely been one with an interesting challenge...a pandemic, but, I got through it successfully. I owe that success to my family, friends, and treasured clients. Great News! My tools have arrived. Pretty doggy's coming right up. I started grooming today. If you haven't heard from me with your appointment, you will very soon. Thank you all for your patience. I am on cloud 9. I am so excited to get all those doggy lovins again. I love my fur-clients, and their parents, too.

New COVID 19 protocol. Doggy parents are not allowed to come into my shop. Please text or call when you arrive, and I will meet you at your vehicle to get your dog. Please remove their collars and leashes. I will bring mine, which I clean between each dog. The same will happen when you come for pickup. I will bring your dog to your vehicle and release in the back seat, where applicable, and remove my leash and collar.

Preferable payments via eTransfer, where possible. My email for eTransfer is [email protected].

I apologize for any inconvenience, however, this is what we are mandated to do until the full COVID 19 shutdown is over.

Just want to let everyone know my tools have been sharpened and are on their way back to me. So sorry for the delay. Hoping they will arrive Monday or Tuesday, but I've been advised that deliveries are taking a little longer with the additional safety protocols in place. I am chomping at the bit, pardon the pun from a horse owner, to get everyone scheduled and in for my doggy lovins. Yes, this is about me, too, not just your fur-babies, I miss them very much. Good news...Groomers can reopen on Monday, May 25th.
Not so good news for me...my scissors and grooming blades are still out being sharpened. Thought I would be ok, as we weren't expecting to be allowed to reopen for another couple of weeks. They would have been back in plenty of time.

In the meantime, I have been in touch with the sharpener and he is going to get my tools done ASAP and shipped right back to me. Expecting to have them back next week. As soon as they arrive, I will start contacting all my wonderful, patient, clients to get you booked in.

As my clients have been several weeks and some, months, without my proper attention, I will need to prioritize the bookings based on extreme cases. I hope you all understand. When I contact you, I would appreciate you letting me know if your dog can go a little longer or requires their grooming right away. This will help me with getting the extreme cases in first. For example, if your dog's fur is matted, that would be a first priority case, as the matt's can get close to the skin and start hurting or create sores. If your dog is smelling like a dog and just needs a bath and tidy, I would appreciate you telling me that so I can get them in as soon as possible, but will schedule them after the extreme cases, like matted fur.

I am so looking forward to seeing all my 4-legged friends, old and new, very soon. I appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️
