One of my favorite things about my Power Portraits, is that it is about seeing yourself again 🥹

Celebrating where you’ve been, where you are, and who you’re becoming. 💪😊

Laura and I, hope that these images encourage other women to do the same, to celebrate themselves, their stories, their bodies, and the chapters they’ve worked so hard to reach.

She also hopes her story reminds you to know your family history, ask questions, and advocate for your health. 💗

And as she approached 45, Laura stepped in front of my camera radiant, confident, and completely herself. She’s proof that every chapter brings its own kind of beauty. ✨

These portraits were created just before Laura’s 45th birthday, a moment to pause, reflect, and recognize everything she had overcome.

Laura carries a genetic mutation that significantly raised her risk of developing both breast and ovarian cancer. Knowing that, she made a brave and deeply personal decision to take action before cancer ever had the chance.

Between the ages of 40 and 45, she navigated four major surgeries over 5½ years to protect her health. Along the way, she fell madly in love with her partner, and together they found their dream home. Through it all, she continued to build a life filled with love, family, and happiness. 🤍

After everything her body had been through, Laura wanted to see herself not through the lens of what had changed, but through the lens of strength, femininity, confidence, and beauty. ✨

It’s time to celebrate YOU 💪😊

I have a question for you:
Do I try to rebuild my instagram for this page?
AND if I do, should I do seperate pages for my newborn/maternity/family and a seperate one for Branding/Marketing? DO I change my business name?
This seems like a lot...and I just don't know if I have the time/energy to do it!

Just a quick update if you follow my instagram .Studio it is STILL disabled so I am unable to login, see any past messages, in fact, if you have been messaging you will see that the account no longer exists.
