Earlier this year, Lilly Cupelli was champion of the class I sponsored and her prize was a 1 hr photo shoot for her and her horse. We took advantage of the beautiful fall weather this week and had the best afternoon doing her session yesterday at Tokata Riding Stables . Lilly had Prince all spiffed up for the occasion and he was a (almost) perfect gentleman.
They make a very cute pair and we had some great fall scenery to make the photos even better.
These are a few of my early favourites but I know there will be lots of other great shots for Lilly to pick from.

Just a quick reminder that the Peterborough Humane Society Halloween photo fundraiser is on tomorrow at Ren's Pets on Rye St.!
We're just about sold out but there are currently two spots left in the afternoon. For a donation of $25 you will get 2 fully edited high resolution photos. Your choice of backgrounds (1 Halloween, 1 fall theme as shown in this post). The clickable link to the booking site is in my bio or you can cut/paste this link - https://peterhanmorephotography.pixieset.com/booking/Halloween-mini-session.
All proceeds will go directly to the Peterborough Humane Society to support the animals under their care.

I had a chance to get out with my drone last week to test out some new batteries and work on my flying (and editing) skills.
Thanks to Wendy at Wendon Hills Equestrian Centre for allowing me to use her back fields to do some flying.
The fall colours are going to be spectacular in a few days so I'm hoping to get out flying again soon to catch the colours at their peak. Should make for some great footage.

The LEX Hunter/Jumper show is my last show to photograph (so far) this season and what a great way to finish.
Lots of great photos to post and hopefully they will all be online by end of day tomorrow.
Photos in the gallery are proofs and have only had basic edits done. Any purchased photos will be fully edited before delivery. There are discounted packages for multiple photos.
Questions? Please drop me a message and I'll get right back to you.

I had an awesome day today, second shooting the jumper ring for Maddy - Ontario Equine Photographer at the Pickering Horse Centre Ltd. OESD show.
The weather was perfect, lots of great riding, spectators cheering and smiling faces on riders.
It's great to team up with Maddy and I know she'll have tons of photos to share from the hunter rings. Check out the gallery links in her IG bio!

Just one more show for me this season. I'll be covering the LEX hunter/jumper show in two weeks so if you're competing there, say hi or give me a wave :)

... and just like that I've come to the last photo of the season from the EJF Horse Shows Silver Series. Over 60K photos were taken here this season through sun, rain, fog and mud. You couldn't have asked for a better weekend to finish the season on though.
Lots of you hit some highs this season and I know more than a few experienced some disappointments but regardless of the outcomes you cheered each other on and celebrated whomever came out on top. I hope that the photos that Michael Brown and I took will keep those memories alive!
I'm sure you'll all be anxious to see the photos from this show and I'll be busy getting them posted over the next couple days (Friday's pics are there already). The link to the gallery is in my bio.

Posting this as a reel because the story version cut the ending off.
I switched to vertical orientation for this video of Zoey Martin and La Condesa in the 1.1m class at EJF Horse Shows Silver 4 show last weekend.

It's true - all the jumper ring photos from EJF Horse Shows Silver Series 4 show have been uploaded to the gallery now! There's a clickable link to the gallery in my bio.
As usual, the low res candids are free to download but if you'd like higher resolution versions, they can be purchased.
There are discounted packages for 3,5 and 10 images (low or high resolution) so be sure to take advantage of the savings if you're ordering multiple images.
If you have any questions about placing an order please leave me a message and I'll back to you ASAP.

If you're looking for the hunter ring photos please check out Michael Brown - he'll have lots of great photos for you to check out.

We've officially kicked off the EJF Horse Shows Silver 4 show with a great BBQ and the hunter flat and hack classes.
The weather has cleared up nicely and I'm looking forward to a great weekend at the jumper ring. I'll be catching all your ride in photos but if you'd like video instead (or in addition to photos) please send me a DM or come and see me before your class and let me know your number and rough order of go if you know it.
