The yard finally bloomed and right in time for this session with Cali. Oh my gosh, everywhere we went in the yard worked perfectly with her dress. This sneak peek had to be of her and her family in the willows - it just took my breath away. Celebrating another session where I got to photograph her as a baby and now she is all grown up and so lovely. Such a rewarding part of my job. Congratulations!

Back to sneak peeks! Brady came in for a mix of graduation portraits and family portraits. His mother was smart, she knew that if they already had a reason to get dressed up then it was the perfect chance for a family portrait. Any mom of boys probably already realized that. We are still photographing these types of sessions for the 2026 graduates. If you had wanted to celebrate graduation with something special you can still reach out.

This was exactly what I chose as my reward!
Life has been a marathon for the last 2 months finishing off with a sprint to the end of 16 appointments in 8 days and Father's Day, graduation and a wedding thrown in there too. So I was really ready for a break and a little treat for myself.
And what did I choose? Another photoshoot. But this was my own daughter and I had wanted to photograph her at the Jag ever since it opened so, for me, it was the perfect reward. Getting to enjoy this elevated experience with my own daughter as the model totally filled my bucket.
Now I might put down the camera for at least a couple of days......however all the garden is blooming so you know I am going to be itching to get back at it very soon......

This has to be one of my favourite times.
When covid hit we all changed how we did things. At that time our high school graduation photoshoots became the main celebration of the gradation. The parties and gatherings had all been cancelled so this was the family's best way to celebrate this life accomplishment. The whole family came so that the parents could capture everything that they had wanted from that special time.
I am grateful that the social distancing is a thing of the past and the parties are back but I am very happy that we have evolved to have a family celebration for the high school graduation photoshoot. Like this one with Melissa Seymour and her family. We were able to use a really fun beach hut and capture something special of everyone. Fantastic day together to mark this important milestone.

Finally our weather is picking up! We have had some delightful times photographing in the garden over the last week celebrating all these 2026 graduates. This is my sneak peek of Victoria. It's also the first photograph featuring out 2nd flower arch. Thank goodness that I have had these options to tie me over as I wait for everything to bloom. Happy Graduation Victoria!

Happy Graduation Day, Gillian. Another graduate who I have had the honour of photographing since she was a newborn. I am enjoying all the different dresses (this one had stars as the sparkles and pockets!) What an amazing year we have had celebrating these fantastic graduates. When I met her when she was just a little girl I couldn't believe that Madonna Redmond had picked the most perfect name for her baby girl. Happy graduation day Ariel. This day was so much fun for me. I hope you love how it turned out. I know you have big plans ahead of you but I am pretty sure you would be a perfect choice to work at Disney.
