Almost Something We Understand - The Podcast coming soon.

Each episode will feature a professional from the field or an individual with lived experience to cover one topic in neuroscience and psychiatry.

I am beyond excited to be starting this project. First episode to be announced soon, so keep an eye out on my stories.

I am looking for a few things (paid opportunities):

- someone to create audio music for the project
- an artist to make art for the podcast
- long term members to manage the project, with the ability to use the podcast on resumes and future endeavours.

I am also looking for people in the field / with lived experience to be featured on the podcast.

🦋 hi Ottawa, we are once again looking for businesses to sponsor the Mindful Market.

The Mindful Market is in support of The Royal: a mental illness research and treatment hospital. Each market, we raise money to help others get the treatment they need - when they need it.

So far, we have raised $1822 and we are now setting our goal to $5000 for our next market in November. 🌿

It’s time ☀️ - Mindful Market is returning November 15, 2026. With all the feedback we received, we are so excited to host again! This time, more volunteers, better setup and more momentum. And… additional hall booked for an extra 10 vendors!

A month before holidays, it’s the perfect time to not procrastinate Christmas shopping. 👁️

And yes, we are continuing to raise money for The Royal.
