The Upper Ottawa River Race and Paddle Festival, a three day event celebrating active outdoor lifestyles and the Upper Ottawa River took place between Pembroke and Petawawa August 10-12, 2018. Multiple paddle races, a fishing derby, paddle for CHEO, a heritage paddle along with live entertainment on shore kept festival goers busy on the beautiful summer weekend.
