LightHunter Creations I'm making small, tactile mixed media sculptures that meld organic forms and odd anatomy into compact, intimate objects. Hi. I'm Mike Taylor.

I retired from my position as an Arts Programmer with the City of Ottawa in the fall of 2020. I have started this little business to provide a single outlet for my various creative efforts. At this time, the plan is to mostly sell hand made items at arts and crafts fairs, etc., so that I can control my schedule. I also do photography and am exploring various printmaking avenues. I am open to colla

Loved the vibe at last night. What a great neighbourhood! Special hugs to buddies .sansom, and for the moral support. Great to see you there. Thanks to all the folks I chatted with and to those who decided to bring a piece of my heart home with them. Am looking forward to being back at .ca on June 25. Someone asked for “a brain”. Ok. I hope everyone had a safe and joyful holiday season and that 2026 is shaping up to be an amazing year for you. I’ve been torturing lots of clay and adding to my painted clothes collection. Here are a few recent graduates from the studio. The tallest is 4 5/8 inches tall. All polymer clay, acrylic paint and varnish on wooden bases. Will start strategizing for this year’s markets now. Will likely be getting back to posting semi-regularly, too. See ya.
