ABOUT ME
I still remember the moment I decided photography was my passion. It’s not something you normally just decide, but for 10 year old me, it made sense. I was sitting at my kitchen table, reflecting on what I wanted to do when I grew up… photography it is! A high school teacher that inspired me, pushed me, and helped me gain all that I could gain in those 4 short years of high school. Alex L
eblanc knew the potential in me, and his incredible hard work will never be forgotten. I never could have dreamed in 2006, walking into my media class for the first time, that later on he would open up a fully stocked photo studio and create a one of a kind photography class and media specialization program for the school. Thanks to that, I lived and breathed photography and had the best high school experience one can ask for. I studied 2 years at La Cité in photography. What a intense 4 sessions that was! It refined my eyes, my skills and my joy for this art form. Since then, I explored a couple other fields including those of web and design. But for me, it always has been, and always will be, photography. It’s what I love to do the most and I want to keep living and breathing photos. When taking photos for a client, I give all my attention and passion during the shoot. I care so highly about the end results and the emotions attached to these photos. As a photographer, I get the privilege of sharing these moments with my clients. That baby who was just born, that couple who just got engaged…those people are feeling so many emotions at once, and I get to see it all unfold beneath my eyes.
