Surprise—we’ve added a new little member to the crew… meet Travis! (He’s new… but not that new—just kept him a secret for a bit!)

I’ve been pretty quiet on here for the past year and a half, but for a very good reason. In that time, we got engaged, found out we were expecting, completely renovated our house from top to bottom, and now we have the sweetest baby boy ever. Oh, and as if that wasn’t enough—we’re also planning our wedding for this September!

Travis made his grand entrance right in the middle of my busiest wedding season, but that didn’t slow me down much! I shot a full season (only gave up one wedding!), had a double-header the week before he was due, and was back to work just a week and a half later after he arrived. I couldn’t have done it without my incredible couples, who were unbelievably supportive and trusted me—even with my wild birth timeline. And a HUGE shoutout to my amazing fiancé, who helped at as many weddings as he could—second shooting, carrying my bags, making sure I stayed hydrated, and tackling those long drives back and forth.

So yeah… life has been a little wild. Between running my business full-time, being a full-time mom to two little ones who are home full-time, and planning a wedding, our house is basically a three-ring circus—but I wouldn’t trade this chaos for anything!
