🐝 Happy World Bee Day! 🐝

Today we celebrate the tiny pollinators that make a huge difference in our world. Bees help flowers bloom, fruits grow, and gardens thrive! 🌼🍓🌻

As you can tell, they are one of my favourite little pollinators!

You can help bees by:
🌱 Planting flowers
💧 Leaving out fresh water
🚫 Avoiding harmful pesticides

Every bee matters — and so do the small actions we take to protect them. 💛🐝

This little squirrel doesn't just gather snacks--he chases sunsets, climbs the tallest branches, and turns every rustle in the leaves into a new adventure. From daring leaps, to curious explorations, he reminds us that life is meant to be discovered, one tiny step at a time.

2 years ago in New Brunswick we had a full eclipse. I had just purchased my camera a month before, so was still at the “learning” stages but did manage to capture these shots!

There’s something magical about spotting a bright red cardinal against a quiet backdrop. ❤️

These beautiful birds always feel like little messengers of joy — bold, vibrant, and impossible to miss. Moments like this are a reminder to slow down, look around, and appreciate the small wonders nature gives us every day.

These two come to my house every day on numerous occasion. I love how protective he is of her and the absolute joy they bring. Cardinals mate for life and they feel comfortable enough on our property taking their fledglings and spending quality time relaxing in the cedar hedge.

In the dead of winter, when everything feels quiet and stripped bare, beauty still shows up. Cedar branches, standing, wrapped in an ice blanket, everything around it melted away. This small, unnoticed patch was hidden for all to see, yet standing out. Even in the coldest moments, beauty lingers, reminding us that even the cold has its own kind of grace.
