Something I’ve always wanted to shoot more of is wildlife photography. When we left for Banff the morning of these photos, I was saying how I would love to find some elk or mountain goats since I had a longer lens with me. We started hiking on tunnel mountain, which was our first destination of the day and not 2 minutes into our hike, we came up over a hill and there were about 15-20 elk all laying down in the snow! For locals this would be no big deal, but for us… it made our day!

Try branching out and away from those huge chains of coffee shops that you're used to and ! These massive companies are continuing to make billions of dollars even throughout this hard time in the world. I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and try some local shops within your community!
