Kate Morris Photography Welcome to Kate Morris Photography. Everyday I will be posting one, sometimes two, photographs I ha Dogs just make me laugh.

Each one is unique with their own set of quirky habits, and hilarious behaviours. They lead a simple life of playing, eating, and making us smile. Do they know they look goofy, funny, focused or uncoordinated - no, but they also don't care. Can you think of this without smiling to yourself? This is the moment I want to capture, that unrequited joy and true essence of your dog's character. My goal

is to make you smile when you look at the photographs I have taken. After more than 20 years as a photographer, I understand the importance of working closely with the client and making sure I capture the true character of the subject I am shooting. Without that, it's just another shot rather than THE PHOTO. I believe that not only loving dogs but also understanding dogs is absolutely integral to obtaining great photographs of dogs. For seven years (2006-2013) I owned and operated A Spot For Spot Dog Daycare in North Vancouver, BC. Running a busy and successful daycare with so many breeds, sizes, ages and shapes of dogs, without question, provides me with an undeniable ability to handle and understand all dogs.
