Some stories are shared not because they’re easy, but because someone may one day need to know this service exists.
Recently, I was trusted to photograph a family during one of the most difficult days of their lives. It was heartbreaking, humbling, and one of the greatest honours I’ve had as a photographer.
These photographs aren’t about loss. They’re about love. They’re about tiny fingers, little toes, gentle embraces, and preserving memories that become immeasurably precious.
I wanted to share this because many families don’t realize this kind of photography is available.
If a family is ever faced with saying goodbye far sooner than they ever imagined, I offer remembrance sessions completely free of charge. In moments like these, no one should have to think about finding a photographer or worrying about the cost. They should simply be able to spend every possible moment with their baby.
To the family who trusted me with such a deeply personal part of your story, thank you. Your love for your baby was evident in every photograph, and it was a privilege to preserve those memories.
