Bruce was one of a kind 🩵 He was the sweetest kid who was also so athletic… it didn’t matter what sport he tried, he was amazing. He had a good group of friends, and I loved watching him grow up. When I did his grad pictures, we went to extra locations, just to capture most of his favorite sports. He was raised in such a loving and supportive family; he had so many cheerleaders… he was a true Nackawic boy, born and bred. I can still hear Nana Sue joking with him as she tried to make him smile or laugh (which she is very good at doing) 🩵 Forever young and never forgotten. Please pray for his family, friends, and all who loved Bruce during this incredibly difficult time… I simply cannot imagine their grief 💔

Jacob was the sweetest grad to photograph. He let me try any photography idea I had and just laughed and said, “Okay, sure!” We went from the family business (Moore Boys) to the basketball court. He never stopped smiling 🩵 The Moore family is very dear to me… and Jacob’s life was lost way too young… way too soon 💔 He loved his community… and once more we rally around his family to show them our love. "The most magical day of my life was the day I became a mother." ~ Unknown. My girl will become Mama to her baby boy soon! She is absolutely glowing and I love watching her excitement grow with each new stage. So proud of the mother she already is ❤

Happy Easter! As some of you know, I’ve spent the last year battling c*nc*r and I WON! This battle took all of my strength and I’m still working my way back to “me”… one day at a time. I’ve had a lot of time to think and decide where I want to go from here. When you come face to face with c*nc*r, it changes you in every way… every little decision.

With that said, I’ve decided I want to spend time with my growing family and I can’t do that when I’m working three jobs (school teacher, piano teacher, and photographer). So I’ve decided to take more time to spend with my family in this season of my life with no set date of when I want to return to a busy photography schedule.

When I do decide to step back into photography for the public, I will post here… for my faithful MLP supporters to know! For now, I plan to only photograph my family and my close circle of friends when I’m able.

I’m thankful for your support and also your understanding as I get my feet under me… as I take time to live the life I’ve been blessed to live. May you live your best life and never forget to capture special moments with the people you love!
