After 17 years documenting weddings, I’ve learned that the most impactful imagery rarely comes from the most spectacular venues.

A breathtaking space can actually work against you, drawing attention away from what matters most: the real interactions, the quiet exchanges, the people in the room with you.

It comes from the way a couple feels inside one. A breathtaking space will never be enough on its own, what guides the pace of the day, what shapes every frame, is the energy it creates in you.

Energized and stimulated or relaxed and at ease?

Thoughtfulness always outweighs spectacle.
