Congratulations to our two Canadian athletes who earned their place at the IFBB Miami Grand Prix this August!

Following the great success of yesterday’s André Maillé Classic in Ottawa, Master 40+ Harsha Nalaka and Men’s Physique athlete Sebastien Cousineau will proudly represent Canada on the international IFBB stage.

A special thank you to André Maillé for his continued contribution to the sport and for helping make this event such a success.

On behalf of IFBB Canada, we congratulate Harsha and Sebastien and wish them the very best as they prepare to represent our country in Miami.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, the André Maillé Classic returns to Ottawa at the De La Salle High School auditorium, starting at 1 pm.

For athletes, this is more than a competition. It is an opportunity to present your physique, your discipline, and your dedication on an IFBB Canada / IFBB Quebec-Ontario stage. For two athletes, the event is also a qualifier for the IFBB Miami Grand Prix in August 2026.

For the fans, it is a fun and inspiring show filled with strong physiques, proud moments, and the excitement of live bodybuilding and fitness competition.

Competitors, get ready. Fans, come cheer, enjoy the atmosphere, and support the sport.

At I Shoot Muscles (ISM), we are very proud to continue our relationship with the wonderful people of IFBB, and the Maillé family.

This event has become a true pillar of the bodybuilding community in Quebec, and it is an honour for ISM to support its growth and visibility year after year.
