Fifteen years in the making, and she spent the day taking care of everyone else.
That said everything about who they are. S & M are sweet, gentle souls, and their wedding day only confirmed it. Even with the day entirely hers, Sylvie spent it checking on everyone else, making sure every guest felt happy and looked after.
In the middle of a morning full of family, they stepped away to read private vows to each other. Being there to witness that moment is an honour, a privilege that never gets old.
Eugenie of Eugenie | Montreal Wedding & Event Planner was a natural match for this couple, and the room she designed reflected them completely: soft, layered, and quietly theatrical. Atelier Carmel florals were the perfect complement, letting the design breathe while bringing it to life.
Their day held two faiths with equal care: his family’s Catholic ceremony, her Buddhist roots, and a tea ceremony where trays passed hand to hand down a line of family. What stayed with me was watching two families embrace each other’s traditions, and especially each other.
