One month of summer left. ☀️

Someone once told me we only get 18 summers with our children, and that thought has stayed with me ever since.

A little reminder to slow down and soak in what's left of the season. The boat rides, swims in the lake, fishing, waterskiing, late bedtimes, and all the little moments in between.

These are the memories our kids will carry with them long after summer is over.

Here's to making the most of the last month. 🤍

Stay close to the people who feel like sunlight ✨💛✨

My favourite time of day will always be sunset. Any day, anywhere,but especially at the lake, my special place. ✨

Lately I’ve been playing with movement, long exposures, and motion blur. Letting the light stretch, letting the moment move instead of freezing it. I love how dreamlike these turned out… even captured a loon, like memories melting into summer evenings.

These ones are definitely getting printed for the cottage walls ✨
