Photo of the Personal Project "ASIA." ——食堂ShiTang.

"食堂(Shi Tang)", which means canteen in English, is a Chinese traditional fast food restaurant
which has more than 10 years history next to guy-concordia Metro station. This restaurant is famous for its delicious homemade taste and cheap price, and it's really popular in Chinese and even asian community.

Unfortunately, due to covid 19 and other force majeur reasons. This fantastic restaurant will close in March. Since I came to this amazing city, I always love this place so much, the foods make me remember my hometown Canton, although the chef rise the price after. I am so happy that I can document this legend restaurant and took a portrait of the chef.

I will miss the restaurant and the kind chef, and also that taste of the foods.

Red is probably one of the most important and iconic colour of China:

It means peace, joy, prosperity,nobility, success, bravery, prosperity, euphemism... So many positive things and wishes!
