Wedding bookings for 2026 are officially closed — thank you!!

The couples I get to work with this season are truly some of the sweetest, and I’m so grateful. It’s going to be a beautiful, full summer, and I genuinely cannot wait.

If you’re dreaming of a 2027 wedding, I’d love to hear from you — a few dates are still available, and I’m already looking forward to what that year holds.

For those hoping to book a family session this summer, I do have a small number of spots remaining. Dates are filling in quickly, so if you’ve been thinking about it, now is a lovely time to reach out.

I’d be honoured to spend an hour with your family 🤍

(also nearly impossible to choose a favourite from this dreamy spring session- M&H engagement by the lake)

You can plan every detail of your wedding day — but you can’t plan the weather ☀️

That’s why I always recommend building two short portrait timeslots into your day instead of one long one.

One in the afternoon, shortly after your ceremony, and one at golden hour in the evening.

Here’s why: if your day turns out overcast, afternoon light is actually gorgeous for portraits — soft, even, flattering. But those golden hour shots won’t have that warm glow you’re dreaming of, so you’ll be glad you have that earlier window.

And if you get a fully sunny day? That golden hour is everything. Warm, glowy, soft — it’s worth protecting that time in your schedule.

Two small windows gives your photographer a chance to work with whatever the day gives you. You’ll end up with a mix of beautiful images no matter what the sky decides to do.

(plus it’s always fun to get all the extra beautiful photos of you two on your wedding day!) 💕

✨In between moments are what tell your story✨

I love a nice family photo with everyone smiling — but there’s just something about the candid, in-between moments.

The ones that look like everyday life.
The ones nobody posed for.

I think in 40 years, those are the ones we’ll wish we had more of.
