Lost in the craziness of the mornings at Point Pelee National Park during the bird festival are these Great Horned Owlets.

While everyone goes searching for the warblers, I spent the morning with these two as the light quickly changed and before they slipped back into the nest for the day. Not a soul in site.

Taken more than a week ago, my hope is that they have flown the coop by now.

A big shoutout to and .eldridge for allowing the Sports Photo Club students to come shoot the Honey Badgers this season. It was quite the experience to learn how to photograph high-level, pro basketball. We are truly grateful. Until next season!
