Taking a moment to really appreciate this milestone and everyone who’s been a part of the journey so far.

To the people who are still in my life, the ones who have supported me, believed in me, laughed with me, challenged me and helped me grow, thank you. And even to the people who came into my life and became a lesson, whether it was good or bad… I appreciate you too. Every person and every experience played a part in getting me here.

I’m grateful for the life I’ve lived, the things I’ve learned, the people I’ve met and everything I’ve been able to create along the way. 40 feels less like an ending and more like the beginning of another chapter, and honestly, I’m excited for what’s next. 🙏🏽

And uhhh… if you’ve been crushing on me, you might wanna tell me now because DAMN… mans is 40. 😂😂

❤️🙏🏽 I just want to thank everyone who took the time to wish my mom a happy birthday. Although we celebrated on Friday, today is her actual birthday.

Every time someone asks me about my mom’s health, I make sure to tell her, and her face lights up. She always tells me how grateful she is that I have such great support from all of you. You have no idea how much that means to both of us.

Family is everything to me, and knowing that people who support my work also care about my family is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you for every message, every prayer, and every time you ask about her. ❤️

Lately, I’ve been going through a really tough season. I’ve made mistakes, hurt people I never meant to hurt, and had moments where I just wanted to escape everything for a little while.

I know in this generation, men speaking openly about their struggles can be seen as weakness. But I don’t care. If being honest about what I’m going through can help someone else feel less alone or give them the strength to keep going, then it’s worth sharing.

I’m a man of faith, and I believe God is using this chapter to challenge me, grow me, and shape me into a better version of myself. I’m owning my mistakes, learning from them, and trusting the process.

To anyone going through a rough season right now: keep going. Protect your peace, keep your faith, and remember that difficult chapters don’t define your whole story. Better days are ahead. 🙏🏽
