I've been doing mock-ups for my own customs and friend's customs for over a year now. I've always had a love for art and design. Through my love of babywearing I've found that I have a passion for creating mock-ups for dye jobs and hand woven wraps. I will help with every step of the process (other than the weaving) the design, the colors, weft sampling simulations and am always happy to discuss a
nd tweak designs until they are perfect. I will do up to 3 final mock ups (many more while we are tweaking and working out all the details) for each project. Limit of 10 for painted or variegated warps. Limit 3 painted or variegated wefts. I love seeing my designs made into wraps and love the thought of them being worn by so many people. 1. Custom design package - $40 USD - A one of a kind design created from any inspiration (picture, fav colours, idea). I will do unlimited drafts until we get exactly what you want and then unlimited 'tweaking' until it's perfect! Time frame depends on how many clients I have at that time, but competition is approximately 5 - 10 business days. *Please allow up to 1 week from the time you send your inspiration photos/colours for the first drafts.*
Includes:
- up to 20 weft sample simulations
- list of yarn colours used (any brand)
- weaver instructions (upon request)
- thread counts (upon request)
2. Weft sample simulations only - $15 USD
4. Group custom design - $40 USD plus $5 for each additional group member. I will create multiple drafts based on everyone's ideas, narrowing them down so everyone is happy. Includes:
-up to 10 weft sample simulations per person
-organizing your order (sizes, blends, weaves, weft colours)
-help finding additional sisters
-list of yarn colours used (any brand)
-weaver instructions (upon request)
5. Weaver package - $40 USD - I can help your clients translate their ideas into a mock-up, saving weavers a lot of time on back and forth with clients. This could be simply a yarn line up/colour list for weavers to elaborate on or a more detailed and specific mock-up with instructions. I can also provide weft sample simulations to narrow down the samples don't on the loom.
6. Retailers - Design for a store exclusive:
-$40 USD for first design
-$15 USD additional for thread counts draft
-$15 USD for each additional design (with-in 1 month of original design)
